"Foot Prints of Ladies," by My Phoung Nguyen, is among the work of 35 finalists in the 2013 Fine Art Photography Competition. Juror Barry Schmetter announces winners during the Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony on Saturday, April 27, from 7 to 9 p.m. at ArtSpace Herndon.
