Hub Theatre Receives Helen Hayes Award
At the 28th Annual Helen Hayes Awards presented on April 23, the 2012 Charles MacArthur Award for Outstanding New Play was received by Marc Acito for his "Birds of a Feather." The play recounts the story of two Central Park Zoo penguins, Roy and Silo, who raised a chick together. Inspiration for the play came from the children's book "And Tango Make Three" by Peter Parnell and Justin Richardson in which Roy and Silo appeared.

The romance of 1880s New York will come to life on stage when Paul VI presents its Cappies play, “Hello Dolly!” It features a cast and crew of 70, plus a full orchestra. Easter Egg Hunt for the Visually Impaired
On Saturday March 31, the Alexander Graham Bell Chapter of the Pioneer Volunteers and the Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind held their 33rd annual Easter Egg Hunt for the visually impaired at the Centreville Moose Lodge, Chapter 2168, in Fairfax.
