VIRGINIA...JEFFERSON AND SOUTHERN BERKELEY COUNTIES IN THE PANHANDLE
OF WEST VIRGINIA AND THE CITY OF WINCHESTER...
At 1120 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported several roads closed
in Frederick County VA, the City of Winchester, and Clarke County.
Up to four inches of rain have fallen. Rain has tapered to light
with additional rainfall amounts of only one tenth inch is expected
through midnight before ending. Flash flooding will continue
through the next few hours.
